What does FLEETCOR do exactly?

FLEETCOR is a fintech company focused on simplifying payments all over the world. Our offices in Australasia focus predominantly on fuel cards, with five major brands under our FLEETCOR umbrella: CardLink and CardSmart, as well as Kiwi Fuel Cards in New Zealand, alongside Business Fuel Cards and FleetCard in Australia.

How big is FLEETCOR Australasia?

We currently have two offices in Australasia. Our Auckland office is home to about 95 awesome people and our office in Melbourne has a wonderful team of 40 employees.

What is FLEETCOR’s culture like?

We are quite proud to be like a family while always striving to have an engaged and inclusive culture. Around here, we don’t just work collaboratively and help each other out. We celebrate birthdays, give regular high-5s and show off photos of our babies and pets. What are the steps of your recruitment process?

Once you have applied, our hiring team will screen your application and may give you a phone call to ask you further questions. If you’ve reached this step, the hiring manager will review your application and invite you for an interview. Once successful, you may be asked to do an online psychometric assessment before we do all you pre-employment checks, and send out your offer letter and contract before your first day.
