Acquired ICP Smart Concepts, a European fleet card processing company, Petrol Plus Region (PPR), a Russian fleet card company and Tracker, a Czech Republic provider of telematics solutions.

2008

Acquired Corporate Lodging Consultants (CLC), a North American workforce lodging card company. Launched Global FleetNet (GFN), a worldwide next-generation card processing platform and purchased from Retail Decisions their United Kingdom fleet card operations.

2009

Renewed British Petroleum (BP) United States fleet card contract and acquired Carnet, a Czech Republic provider of telematics solutions. Debuted $335 million IPO (NYSE: FLT)

2010

Won Shell Europe/Asia fleet card processing contract (with Logica). Acquired Allstar, the UK’s market leading fuel card provider and Efectivale, a Mexican fuel and food payments provider.

2011

Acquired leading fuel card systems company in Russia and entered Brazil with acquisition of CTF.

2012

Entered Australia with acquisition of FleetCard from GE Custom Fleet leasing business, and New Zealand with acquisition of Cardlink. Acquired VB Servicos and DB Trans Brazil. Signed agreement with Good Card, a leading Brazilian fuel card network operator. Acquired NexTraq and Telenav’s Enterprise business, expanding our telematics business and acquired Epyx, a SaaS system and a network of vehicle repair garages serving fleet operators in the UK. Signed long term fuel processing agreement with GE Custom Fleet in Australia and Good Card, a leading Brazilian fuel card network

2013

Completes minority investment in Masternaut, a European-based provider of telematics solutions. Won Chevron fuel card processing contract covering Asia-Pacific and South Africa. Signed definitive documents to acquire Shell’s SME portfolio in select European markets. Acquired Pacific Pride, a leading cardlock fueling network operating in the US and Canada and acquired Comdata, a leading business-to-business provider of innovative electronic payment solutions.
